Step inside Blackthorn Hall, where a mysterious disappearance and a hidden inheritance draw players into an evening of secrets, clues, and discovery.

The Mystery Manor Escape Room Game PLR Template combines five connected puzzle rooms with atmospheric story pages and a coordinated vintage parchment design. Players explore the manor, decode clues, record their findings, and uncover the truth behind the Blackthorn family secret.

Beyond the puzzles, the template includes supporting pages that help create a richer experience—from the opening invitation to the final evidence reveal and a case-closed keepsake.

Inside the template:

• Five themed puzzle rooms with clues to investigate and solve
• A mysterious invitation and manor map
• Host instructions, hints, and solutions
• An investigator’s case file and investigation journal
• Blackthorn family records, a newspaper clipping, and Lord Elias’s diary
• Sealed final evidence for the closing reveal
• Coordinated room and envelope labels
• A case-closed certificate

Make it your own: personalize the text, update the branding, and adapt the presentation for your audience. Use it as the foundation for a printable game, party activity, or digital product, subject to the included PLR license.

With its connected storyline, matching evidence props, and hosting support, this template helps you build a mystery experience that feels like more than a collection of puzzles.

Creator note: Add the relationship clues before using the family-records worksheet as a solvable activity, and review the complete game after customization.

Each template is designed with eye-catching graphics, ready for you to customize and use. The PLR rights allow you to edit, brand, and sell these games as your own, making them a valuable addition to your digital products lineup.
